Everything has a path, that leads to its existence. No matter the condition or states of a being, there is a path that was taken for it to be as it is.
I see the importance in expressing how one feels, when unfavorable moments or undesirable emotions arise. To recognize and acknowledge their impact is beneficial to your inner being and mental health. I find that the accumulation of “bottled in thoughts” never spoken, over time leaves a residue on the subconscious mind that affects the psyche as a whole. This becomes evident by signs of unwanted mental formations and distortions in perception, which can give birth to different types of neurosis (such as anxiety, depression, obsessive behavior, unhappiness, etc). The bright side is, we are all phenomenal beings of infinite power and potential with the capacity to mitigate, overcome and surmount these challenges and adversities.
The relationships we cultivate with ourselves is of utmost importance when living on this planet. Throughout my life, I have witnessed and experienced, the different types of relationships I’ve had with myself and I observed how it impacted my immediate reality. The ability to consciously participate in your own evolution is a key to sustained growth.
